Tea Meditation
Experience ritualised tea as a way to embody the Chinese character for wisdom 慧, through what it teaches us about being heart centred, in practice and receptive.
These are quiet, resourceful spaces where we use tea meditation as a vehicle back to our own centres. Techniques to use tea, breath and movement as ritual are shared to deepen a conscious practice of inhabiting ourselves with curiosity.
Being the Teahouse
Being the Teahouse is a practice space for internally resourcing and embodying the structure, spaciousness and containment of the teahouse.
It is a guided tea meditation to find and feel into what we already carry within us in the absence of the things and spaces we desire and seek.
Tea meditations are flexible and can be used for opening and closing events, creating thresholds, cleansing and preparing participants for receptivity.
